David Quezada was born on April 24th, 1992 in Walnut Creek California and now lives in Rocklin California.

David is an avid skater. As a way of getting to school he started riding his long board. Since skate boarding and having boards on campus is banned by the school administrators, David and his friends needed a way to have boards at school without getting into trouble. With the help of a couple of fellow riders and the support of a non skating, female math teacher as an advisor, the Whitney High School longboard club was started and grew into one of the most active clubs on campus.

As president of the longboard club, David was instrumental in introducing new riders to the sport of long boarding.  Basic riding techniques and safety were emphasized (helmets and gloves). Using Google Maps, area hills and roads were sought out and ridden.  David is actively involved in coordinating local races and participates in both outlaw and IGSA events.

When he is not riding and as a side hobby, David likes to produce his skateboarding videos. He also enjoys using his wood working skills to design and press veneer into custom made, high performance downhill boards.  You can watch David’s videos on YouTube by searching under DBQ1928
